And that first impression can shape every decision that follows. This service is designed to make your exploratory trip thoughtful and clear instead of random and reactive. Or, if you're just visiting, I'll make sure your rental accomodations are what you expect. Step 1: NEIGHBORHOOD FIT FOR YOUR VISIT Whether or not you’ve done the Clarity Session, we begin by clarifying your goals for this trip. Are you: - Testing relocation? - Experiencing daily life, not vacation mode? - Exploring part-time living? - Just curious and open? We’ll define neighborhoods that support what you’re trying to learn — based on walkability, terrain, safety, comfort, social energy vs. quiet, access to markets, cafés, medical care, and proximity to Centro vs. residential areas. I’ve lived in the most desirable communities and can guide you toward areas that match your lifestyle — not just what looks charming online. Step 2: YOU CHOOSE. I VERIFY ON THE GROUND. I’ll recommend trusted rental platforms and areas to focus on. You’ll select up to three properties* that feel promising. Then I: - Review listings with a trained eye - Contact the host/property manager if needed - Visit properties in person - Assess layout, light, storage, functionality - Walk the area to evaluate noise, terrain, accessibility - Give honest feedback — not sales talk If something feels off, I’ll say so. If solid and well-located, I’ll explain why. The goal isn’t jsut the prettiest rental — it’s the one supporting the experience you want. * This service includes evaluation and in-person scouting (when accessible) for up to three properties. If none feel right, you may submit one additional option for a supplemental fee. If your first choice checks all boxes, the service is complete. No partial refunds for unused evaluations.
