You don’t need to manage all of this at once — each step builds naturally on the one before it.
Step 1: Finding Your Right Neighborhood
If you’ve already completed your Clarity Session, I’ll already understand your lifestyle, budget, and priorities. We simply refine the direction.
If not, we start by getting clear on how you see your daily life in San Miguel.
Together we look at your daily rhythms, comfort level, walkability needs, social preferences, budget, and the kind of environment where you’ll feel most at home.
I’ve lived in many of San Miguel’s most desirable communities, so I can help you understand what each one truly feels like — not just how it looks online.
Step 2: Real-Time Home Scouting
Once we identify the right neighborhoods, I’ll recommend trusted rental platforms.
You choose up to six* properties that look promising. Then I become your eyes in SMA.
I contact agents, confirm details, and tour each property live with you via video along with the agent/landlord. I check the things photos miss—light, water pressure, layout, storage, and the surrounding neighborhood.
If something feels off, I’ll say so.
If something is special, I’ll explain why.
You stay in control of the choices. I make sure the reality matches the listing and your dream.
Step 3: Your Settled Arrival
Once you choose your new home, I help finalize the rental and prepare it for you. I work directly with you and the rental agent or landlord until contracts are reviewed and signed.
I arrange airport transportation or driving logistics. You will know exactly where you’re going, who will meet you and what to expect along the way.
Meanwhile, I do your first shopping and prepare your new home here in San Miguel.
When you arrive the essentials will be waiting— drinking water, toilet paper, maybe a bottle of wine, coffee and milk for your first morning…even a cat box or dog food. You will be ready to settle in instead of having to worry about breakfast your first morning.
Because that first morning sets the tone for your new life. It matters.
By the time you arrive, the important decisions will already feel settled.
You’ll know where you’re going, what to expect, and how to begin your new life here with a sense of calm instead of uncertainty.
That first evening, when you close the door behind you, it won’t feel like you’re scrambling to figure things out — it will feel like you’ve stepped into a plan that was thoughtfully created for you.

Because this is a highly personal, hands-on service, the home-finding process typically unfolds over two to three months, allowing time to thoughtfully explore neighborhoods, evaluate rental options, and prepare for your arrival without rushing important decisions.
The service includes scouting and live video walkthroughs for up to six properties. If none feel like the right fit, you may submit additional listings for an added scouting fee or pause to reassess your criteria or timing.
This service is non-refundable once work has begun, reflecting the personalized planning and on-the-ground support involved.
The goal is not to “use all six,” but to find the right home efficiently and with confidence.
